Terms:

  • Bookings must be confirmed in writing.
  • Any services canceled after booking will incure a  full cancelation fee.
  • Sunday and Bank holiday weddings will include £50 surcharge
  • A deposit of £100 must be paid with confirmation of booking.
  • Deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation
  • Late cancellations (30 days or less) 50% of the total is payable.
  • Travel over a 5 mile radius of Cheltenham town centre will be charged at 80p per mile.
  • Payment must be made in full before the wedding day.
  • Cheques should be made out to Ruth Talbot.
